Interview
2-3 interviews where they ask you questions about the who you are as a person and what you are interested in. They will ask 4-5 required questions and that will sum up your interview. It is not very in depth.

Question 1
What was a weakness and how are you working to not be so weak in that area?
Short, quick, personable and exciting so you can't gauge how they feel. That said, very easy and fast process, does not require much preparation, just make sure you can pitch yourself well.
There was a total of three rounds. First was phone screening with recruiter, second was with a manager and third was with a panel of mangers at the distribution center.

Interview
The initial step was a phone screening, where I learned a lot more about the company and position. I didn't proceed to the next round but the people I spoke with were very friendly.
