I applied online and was called in for an interview about a week later. When I came in I ended up doing all 3 interviews in one day, was basically asked why I wanted to work for Target and what I would bring to the company, as well as my goals in life and things such as my favorite customer service experience. There's no initial drug test (at least at my location, Bakersfield CA) unless it's for management.
