Interview
First contact over the phone with recruiter was no problem. Second phone technical screen was with a lead engineer that had no clue what to ask. Then he started asking questions about experience and then he asked a couple of technical questions that I answered correctly and he kept changing the scenario to try to get me to answer incorrectly. Weird!!

If a system reports a file system full. What steps would you take to troubleshoot it? What if you can’t find any big files to delete? What if you couldn’t use find? What if you couldn’t use du? Etc etc...
Tried to reach out to HR in Linkedln/mail /applied in company job portal. No response. very unprofessional. Over portal the status is in progress from 45 days for the applied job

Interview
Interviewer despite boasting about 15+ years in the industry could not understand that Kafka is a distributed log system and kept saying it’s not.
Despite clarifying I do not have experience with NoSql DBs, and only sql DBs still went ahead and asked deep questions about nosql.
Screening round-
Technical round - they will ask medium leet code problems, Java Concepts, Microservices related questions.
How app will be deployed
Design round - Design how twitter works
HR round- Package discussion
