I applied through university. I interviewed at Target in Mar 2017
Interview
The recruiter I worked with was incredibly friendly and I meet her before my interview at a career fair which made the process a lot more comfortable. Interview was more intense than I expected, all behavior based and they make a lot of marks/comments when you are talking. Told me I could take a second if I needed to answer a question but did make a small mark on her paper when I did. Overall great conversation though and the interview flowed well.
Short, quick, personable and exciting so you can't gauge how they feel. That said, very easy and fast process, does not require much preparation, just make sure you can pitch yourself well.
There was a total of three rounds. First was phone screening with recruiter, second was with a manager and third was with a panel of mangers at the distribution center.

Interview
The initial step was a phone screening, where I learned a lot more about the company and position. I didn't proceed to the next round but the people I spoke with were very friendly.
