2 parts of the interview, wasn't very long, but asks you scenario questions. There is a part on the computer that you have to complete. Be prepared for the interview in any possible way you can.
I was asked to come in to meet with the store manager and then met with the Starbucks manager on a later date. They hired me and I completed onboarding for a day before starting behind bar.

How would you handle a difficult situation with a customer?
Applied online and was called in for an in person interview with the team lead of the target location that was applied for. Afterwards I did a screening online in which had about 20 questions for me to fill out
I submitted an application and they interviewed me over a video call. The interview was fairly easy and relaxed. Seemed like they just wanted to get a feel for my personality
