Interview
I applied online and got a phone call from a recruiter the next day. We scheduled a phone interview but before that I had to take a math test online which was pretty hard and some other questions. After my low stress phone interview I was brought in for a plant tour and had two separate interviews after that.

Give us an example of a time you made a mistake as a leader and how did you react?
Short, quick, personable and exciting so you can't gauge how they feel. That said, very easy and fast process, does not require much preparation, just make sure you can pitch yourself well.
There was a total of three rounds. First was phone screening with recruiter, second was with a manager and third was with a panel of mangers at the distribution center.

Interview
The initial step was a phone screening, where I learned a lot more about the company and position. I didn't proceed to the next round but the people I spoke with were very friendly.
