The interview process began with an initial call with HR, where they introduced the role and discussed my skills and experience. This was followed by a technical interview with two senior software engineers. From the start, the experience was unpleasant and unprofessional. One interviewer remained neutral, but the other was arrogant and disengaged from the context of a proper interview. After answering a technical question, I was asked to explain a project I had worked on. As I outlined the business case, the difficult interviewer continued to interrupt and undermine the discussion, to the point where it felt more like trolling than a professional conversation. The experience was so frustrating that I wanted to walk away from the interview entirely.
