2 rounds of interviews and a 3 part creative assignment later... no feedback or response! After 2 good interviews and very solid communication from the hiring manager throughout the beginning of the interview process, I was ghosted. Disappointing that a company based in communications couldn't follow up or professionally communicate with a candidate who invested weeks in their interview process. A company that doesn't follow up after getting the work that they want, isn't the kind of company I want to work for anyway, so I suppose it all worked out!
