Swap Commerce interview questions

Spoke with the recruiter, a hiring manager, peer interview, then a director. The process was disorganized, I was sent a technical assessment and then told days later not to do the assessment and that they would ask similar questions in a video call technical interview. The technical interview was nothing like the assessment and asked extremely basic questions. I got immediate positive feedback until the director level interview where it was silence for several weeks and then a rejection referencing describing specific skills they were looking for which were not asked about in the interview process.

three calls, straightforward. meet with VP, mock discovery call, final HM call. given all positive feedback, got a verbal on an offer. even asked "what would get in the way of extending an offer" and was told "nothing, I am going to submit for approval and you'll hear from us in a few days" then silence and a week later, denied.
