Trash. I was interviewed multiple times, in rapid succession, even by the C-suite. Talent acquisition was responsive and then dropped off the Earth. Ghosted. It was ugly, unprofessional and soul crushing. I didn’t expect this from a company like Susquehanna, but then again, I doubt upper management knows their staff are behaving this way. HR that operates in a vacuum has no
accountability to anyone. Did I get the job? I don’t know. I got blocked instead. Zero class. Low quality human beings.
The interview process was pretty straight forward and fast pace within 2 weeks from beginning to the end. However, I got completely ghosted at the end. I sent a thank you email to show my appreciation to recruiter and the hiring manager. Not a word. I knew it will be a easy company to hire since the majority of the reviews didnt get offered. However, very disappointed with their unprofessional ism.
