Surrozen interview questions

1. Initial screening with a talent manager to determine if skills match. 2. Interview with hiring manager to further discuss research areas. 3. Interviews with the team including the CEO to familiarize with them and if the environment is right. 4. Interview back with the hiring manager to wrap things up.

5 panel interview. All the interviewees were relaxed and just asked general questions about previous work. General behavioural questions like what is out work style preference, and where do you see yourself in 5 years time.
