The first interview was with HR over the phone.
THe second interview was with direct managers.

Consisted of three calls between HR and managers.
Lengthy calls asking mostly behavior questions. HR took a while to get back with decision, however all of the people I spoke with seemed friendly.

Interview
I had an initial screening over the phone. I then came in a talked to my prospective manager, some other prospective colleagues I'd be working with, and upper management. I talked to HR to get a comprehensive understanding of the benefits and to ask questions about the company overall.
