Interview
The interview process was very well organized. I was called by the receptionist and informed I'd be meeting with a panel of two people. I met with the director of operations and the director of estimating. From there I was brought back to meet the vice president. It was very easy going and everyone made me feel welcome.

Interview
Sat down with the VP of Operations. We discussed my previous experience and what my career goals were. He explained the was they operated and the expectations they had for me. There wasn't a lot of questions about my outlook or where I'd like to be in 5 to 10 years. More of an interview to see if I fit their culture and would meet their expectations.
