Question 1
What kind of things have you learned from your previous jobs?
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Strategic Communications (Massachusetts) (Goshen, NY) in Jun 2017
Interview
Interview process started with a lovely email from an Assistant Project Manager to schedule a phone interview with a Team Lead to go over the basics of the position from someone working in a similar role. This Team Lead was a great resource and very friendly, offering both a professional but refreshingly casual conversation about the job which helped suss out my level of interest and answered any work-related questions I had about the job. Following the call with the Team Lead, I was emailed by the Lead Project Manager with a contract and invited to call if I had any additional questions. Following that, I was scheduled for an in-person on-site training with a VHR before starting work within a week.
