Strata Information Group interview questions

Recruiter call, then an odd, timed assessment test that is honestly not relevant to the role. It asked about comparing texts and perceptive questions. The pay for this job was too low to expect people to complete an assessment. They were slow to respond, but then I met with the CFO. The conversation with her was good, but then it was radio silence. From the interviews and information I gathered, there seems to be no culture and a pretty bland work environment. Would highly recommend against interviewing here.
