I had a phone interview which primarily consisted of the projects they were working on. They asked little to no questions about myself or my prior work experience. They asked to schedule an in person interview with the owner of the company, which we did the next day via email. They cancelled that interview 30 minutes before it was scheduled to start (via email). I have since reached out to rescheduled with no response.
