My interviewer was inviting upon inception. She allowed me to dialogue with her oppose to her being an interrogator. She honestly listened and encouraged to learn more about my previous employment history. Before I left I knew about the company, the position, salary, benefits and more. She emphasized growth opportunities and shared her story. She was so humble and her dedication spoke for itself.

Applied online with a reference. Main way of communication was email. Applied and got an e-mail about a week and a half later. Communicated about 3-4 times before settling on an interview date.
