Interview
Beware - do not accept verbal or written communication at face value. Both my colleague and I interviewed for this role (two separate territories) and we were blown away by the false bravado and insincerity shown by the hiring manager. Grateful that true colors came to light before any further time was spent in the candidate vetting process, as providers and counselors will not take kindly to a field team led by and based upon misdirection.
Thorough interview process with members from different teams within the company. Multiple interviews but they condensed them into 1 or 2 days to allow for easier scheduling which was helpful.
