Process took about 4 weeks. I applied online and then got an email to do the personality test. super easy it is just to make sure you can follow directions. Received a call from HR to set up in person interview. Went in for the interview and they told me about the position and then a bunch of behavioral questions.

Just a bunch of behavioral questions. They had a list of questions and were writing down what you said. Most difficult was probably how I reacted when plans or priorities changed at a previous job and how I reacted and what the result was.
Process was smooth. Was disappointed in the recorded video interview. Seems like a cheap way to interview in my opinion. I would not recommend this company at this time, due to the fact that they cannot interview correctly.

It was a hirevue, and the questions were all behavioral: why do you want this job, tell us more about you, when have you faced conflict, etc. There were five questions in all.

Standard STAR interview question process. "Tell me about a time when". State Farm "nice" is definitely on their criteria list. Make sure to have a response around diversity and inclusion.
