I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at State Farm (Rockville, MD) in Feb 2016
Interview
On Computer Interview where I filled out a questionnaire. I was told that this is the holy grail. That he knew me and exactly how my brain worked after taking it. Fortunately, I scored as a Salesperson (go figure, I have only been doing sales for 15 years) and I was given the oppotunity to come in for an in-person interview.

Many personal questions about why I moved here, my family and things that made me purely uncomfortable and frankly where none of the agents business.
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at State Farm (Atlanta, GA) in Dec 2025
Interview
I was called by a screener who asked me basic questions about myself: strengths, weaknesses. The call lasted about 15 minutes. He didn't seem to know many of details about the position. This seems to be the process for State Farm.

Question 1
Why are you interested in working for State Farm Insurance?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at State Farm (Berea, OH) in Apr 2025
Interview
Interview was just okay, included the owner, office manager, and another sales agent. The male agents seemed nice but the women were not that friendly. Seemed like a red flag that the one ignored me when I said hello. Seemed a bit too tight knit for me.
