I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at State Farm (Bloomington, IL) in Jun 2016
Interview
I had a phone interview and then an in person interview. I thought it was hard to navigate corporate south, I went to the wrong building first. They asked basic questions about customer service experience and how you have or would handle certain situations. There were two people interviewing me, they told me about themselves and then the position. After that they started asking questions. After all the questions they gave a short tour of the facility.

Interview
I've interviewed with this company. Very straight forward process. Would recommend applying to this job. The steps depends on the recruiter the agency uses. Mainly over the phone interviews, video, and in person last.
Easy phone interview. Asked basic questions for the initial interview, was very fast and easy. Hear back in 48 hours. Was asked why I wanted the job, and how comfortable on a scale of 1-10 how comforatabke I was with sales
I applied online. I interviewed at State Farm (Southaven, MS) in May 2026
Interview
It seems to be a very low base pay leading to sales. This was not something I am interested in for my career. I have had several interviews with state farm but very few offered benefits needed for my family.
