My school Vice-Principal collected the names of the students who wanted the role as an Exam Attendant. He chose the students with good student records. Around 20 people applied for this job and only 4 got it. There was no interview, but I heard the year after, students had to write why they wanted to be an exam attendant. Overall, I thought it was a good hiring process.
