I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Staples (Broomfield, CO) in Sept 2015
Interview
Face to face interview with the sales manager. He described the duties of this sales position and then wanted to know more about my background. He wanted to know what I would do if I confronted an upset or unhappy customer. He also wanted to know how comfortable I was with cold calling on businesses.
when i arrived there, the manager was very nice and welcoming and it went very smoothly,i arrived on time and i was early to the interview. He also asked me questions like my availability, my schooling, what made me interested in working with staples and what i hope to achieve in the long run
The interview was very informative and well conducted. The time spent was appropriate and the questions were consistent with my experience at other interviews. The person conducting the interview was professional
