I went through 3 interviews within a week. There was also a piece of homework, with 5 questions about how to handle different client/customer questions. Not very difficult if you have relationship experience.
1st interview was with 1 person, head of department.
2nd interview was with 1 person (30 min) and then 2 people at once (30 min). They were in the current position I was applying for.
3rd interview was with 2 people, another higher-up in the company and the acting COO.
Everyone was amazing, polite, and very down to Earth. They asked several times in different ways if I was ready for long hours and/or dedication to keep up with quotas. As expected in an account management role.
It went very fast because they were hopeful to hire me, however, at the last moment they changed their minds. Which is fine, but do not be over expectant that they will hire you just because things seem to be okay.
