Interview
I was interviewed for nine rounds. I met people with the same titles (statistical analysts) and principal investigators across multiple projects. The statistical analysts mostly asked some statistical questions (which model to use under certain situations). The PIs mainly introduced their current projects.

Started with a 1 hour phone interview with 3 people from the Biostatistics Department, and then a final "onsite" interview, which consisted of 3 separate, 30 minute interviews with faculty. All interviews involved technical questions of varying difficulty.

Interview
First record videos to answer a bunch of questions, then there will be a phone interview, finally on-site interview during which you will meet department chair, faculties, colleagues and administrative staff.
