Interview
One phone interview followed by 2 in person interviews. One with manager and one with the head of department. Fair and standard interview questions. Also met the team and did a few hours with them during the last interview.

Phone interview initially conducted by a memeber of the aquisition team, then if you pass that on to a face to face. Phone interview was fairly informal and friendly, the interviewer was to the point and did not sugar coat the job
