Got a call back 2 days later after applying and called in for an interview 2 days after hired on the spot. I initially applied for produce but the store manager told me since I was a girl I wouldn't make a good fit since I was small and not strong enough for it. Then placed in grocery instead.

Quick and easy. Asked simple questions about myself and my resume. Only lasted about 15 minutes and after I left.

2 interviews and they had 2 managers per interview. First interview was about 10-15 minutes long just asked questions and gave info about the job. Second interview was more in depth, after questions they showed me a tour of the store.

It was okay, standard questions, nothing too difficult. Typical questions of entry level positions of this kind. Interviewer was nice and only asked around ten questions and she asked some personal questions as well.
