interview at Oro Valley,AZ, overall interview was easy, if interviewing here the offices are in the same area as the restrooms so look for the big RESTROOM sign when you walk in all the way on the left side of the store near the vitamin section i believe, the manager had a wooden chair for me to sit in during the interview,it has a messed up leg so i used that as my icebreaker, they asked what position i was interviewing for and if i would consider other options in the store as well, they ask what the pay is that your looking for and how your availability is,I also asked about the scheduling for part timers and mentioned how i read that people have only been getting scheduled one or two days a week, the managers explanation was that some people start work and say they are available the entire week and later on change their availability to certain days, a computer system makes your schedule according to your availability days you mentioned, lets say I am available Tues,Wed,Thu...if there are no available work hours for you those days then you wont be working that week because the system has you as unavailable to work the rest of the days during that week and in return will not schedule anything for you on those days. That is how people end up with only a few days of work a week. I suggest updating your availability to your manager whenever it changes or else you might end up with low weekly hours. Ill finish this and add more details as the process continues. no offer on the spot was told to wait for further notice on friday.
