I had a few pre-application conversations with current employees, took a tour and then entered the formal process. The formal process was as follows: In-person panel interview, work sample (in my case I had to prepare and deliver a mock sales presentation), Final conversations/Negotiation.
Spreetail puts an emphasis on selecting candidates who they feel will be good cultural fits. Because of this, the interview process can be long and challenging and requires a decent amount of research and preparation. That said, everyone that I interacted with was polite and engaging and the recruitment team was extremely professional with timely communication and clear explanations of what the selection process would entail.
