The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Source Interlink in Aug 2010
Interview
I applied to a job ad via Craigslist via e-mail. Since there is no main office in Kentucky for Source, I was asked to meet at a store nearby. A few other people were there for the "interview" as well.
I met up with the District Manager and as a group she went over the job details, pay, etc. Technically there was no real interview, we were all hired on the spot. We all filled out some paperwork and the final job offer was based on a background check. Took about 45 minutes total. A week later I got an e-mail saying I was officially hired.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Source Interlink (West Covina, CA) in Jun 2013
Interview
Was super nice and easy to talk to. Wasn't formal at all. Met at a Starbucks and started immediately going over job description. Had to finish the interview process on the succeeding day and just further went into details on what was required of myself with the job.

Interview
Being in business for over 25 years I was a little shock at the interview process.
Met for coffee, spent no more than 10 minutes talking and that was it.
