It took a while to hear back from them. The company does not utilize hiring software so that was the reason. I did about 4 interviews before I was given a job offer.

Interview process is like any other interview. Be yourself, and make sure to be able to answer in a STAR format. If unfamiliar with the format do a simple google search. Questions are for the most part behavioral.
