As another review mentioned they required that I spend 5+ hours completing a project that provided recommendations based on a campaign they were actively working on. The cherry on top was seeing they obviously have bias problems on the Brand Studio team as an overwhelming majority of people on that team I met with were all white women. Not surprisingly the person they hired was also a white woman.

What a waste of time. HR interview, hiring manager, panel of four, presentation, hr partner and hiring manager’s manager. The entire time they just want your ideas. I think this job never actually existed and the entire recruiting process is incredibly unethical.

Phone screen, first one-on-one interview, followed by a horrific process they call "the loop". A presentation followed-up by another six interviews. The demand on my time was unprofessional. In the end, all the weight was on the presentation, since that was delivered first and it wasn't "dynamic enough", the professional thing to do would have been to save me the other 5 hours of time I had to take off from my current position and let me know then instead of needlessly dragging me through the whole process.
