2 week process 1 phone interview then was invited for a face to face interview. Met with 3 of the managers all super friendly and nice after the interview received another email to come back the next day where I met the co founder and COO super nice, made me laugh. Everyone was very personable,down to earth and humble which made you just want to become part of the team.

Give examples of escalated customers and how you handled the call.
The interview process was very easy. Interview with 3 people for about 10-15mins each about past experiences and why I wanted to work there. Got the offer days later.
