I received an initial contact from the Talent Team at Slalom in a city different from where I was located. I was interested enough in the company to respond to that email and have a phone conversation. During that conversation, I learned of the local delivery model. As a result of that discussion, I was quickly contacted by my local Slalom office, and an informational interview was scheduled.
The first local interview was exploratory as I was only casually looking. That conversation was interesting enough and I wanted to further discussions. A follow-up exploratory meeting was scheduled to meet with Practice Leadership.
After an initial meeting with Practice leadership, I participated in a series of interviews (a 1/2 day in the office). An offer quickly followed.
