Was referred via a mutual connection, was quick to get a call scheduled in. Initial call took 25-30 mins, said they weren’t hiring right now but may be looking to grow in the next month or so but will forward on a couple documents. Unfortunately this Director completely ghosted me after the interview and several follow up emails asking about next steps. It’s okay if it was a no, but would of appreciated the response.

Arrived 10 mins earlier, met by two members of the team during the process, interview was straight forward and easy, was somewhat informal as it’s more of a get to know you base rather than a proper strict interview.
