      The first step in this process is receiving a "Customer Success Questionnaire" that is meant to give SP more insight about you and your critical thinking, writing, customer service skills. Seemed fair enough as a lot of companies use these screening-type things to ensure candidates are at least minimally qualified/competent. The questions were mostly straightforward, but the one that gave me pause was the one that asked you to respond to a sample scenario and provide a client detailed assistance with the program. The questionnaire comes with zero guidance, which I assume is also another test to make sure the 'right' candidate comes to the correct conclusion of downloading a trial of the software to be able to answer the question properly. Some might feel that this is not a big deal, but I also took a look at company/software customer reviews in a few places and 99% of the complaints/negative comments were about customer service, complaining about lack of follow through, associate knowledge, etc. Other reviews on this website also note high turnover rates and quick dismissals without opportunities to learn from mistakes. This, coupled with the questionnaire that lacked any supplemental directions/information, led me to assume that this is probably a company that provides little to no guidance for their employees, expecting them to learn and handle everything on their own. While you cannot realistically expect hand holding throughout your job, a *good* successful company provides guidance, support, knowledge, and an environment conducive to learning so their employees can perform their jobs to the best of their ability. Needless to say, I declined to continue the interview process.

      The interview process is made up of 4 rounds. A phone interview with the recruiter, an assignment, a video call with someone in the customer success department, and then a panel. I only made it to the second round and then got declined. I spent a good bit of time on the assignment, got no feedback and then got a generic email decline. The recruiter was late to our phone interview. The pay range is pretty low compared to other tech companies in this industry.

      4 steps involved. Pretty standard. Only made it to step 2 which is the assessment test. It was honestly the easiest test but for some reason, I was disqualified for not having the right answers? If only I can share what my answers were. So ridiculous.

      Lengthy process, preliminary phone screen, followed by detailed questionnaire to test your writing and ability to guide someone step by step. Took months to complete process, ended up going with someone else because I didn't provide a lengthy response to a question.
