Silver Bell Group interview questions

I experienced a one-on-one interview that felt remarkably casual. The session was conducted by a person from the HR department. The interview's central goal was to assess my language proficiency. They were interested in determining how well I could communicate, both in speaking and understanding. After this primary language evaluation, the process continued with further steps which were communicated to me at the end of the interview.

Short HR local interview (45 mins), followed by Git code review from remote business partner, followed by coding task with time constraint (4 days), followed by tech interview. Interview process is still not complete, waiting for tech lead to check completed task.
