I applied in-person. I interviewed at Sierra Pacific Industries (Lincoln, CA) in Sept 2017
Interview
Showed up and was directed by security where to park and was informed hiring managers would be out to meet with us shortly. When they arrived they handed us apps to fill out at our vehicles and instructed to bring them over when finished. The whole thing was conducted within 20 feet of our cars. A couple questions about work history, a bit about the position, and an opportunity to ask the interviewer some questions and that's all there was too it.
