It was a hiring event where a lot of people lined up in different lines for the different jobs they wanted to be interviewed for. Then you waited in line until you were up to be interviewed and one of the senior staff or managers would ask you questions about your experience, what you have done, why you want to work there and ask you questions about yourself to get to know you better.
