I originally applied for a different role and the TA reached out asking some follow up questions. Then she recommended me internally for a different role but the other TA had no clue about the handover nor the status.
I was asked meet her and discuss the fitting for the second role, whilst only to be told they already have got candidates in for the second step of the interview.
I then asked the reason for this call but was told there was no handover in the HR team. What a waste of candidates time, it shows a snapshot of how the employee experience could potentially be.
