Did in person pairing technical interview with 2 of their developers where I had to fix and refactor some code. Had a separate interview with product manager and one with founder. Recruiter was very rude and tried to convince me my current company was going to fire me when I told them I got a counter offer and decided not to leave. The recruiter acted like it was a personal attack on him that I didn’t take their offer.
