It was quick and easy. The hiring manager didn't even ask questions regarding past job experiences. Also was given a tour of the warehouse and asked to see if I could lift a 5-gallon bucket of paint. I met all the current employees and after laughing about some topics. I was offered the job on the spot.

They interview everyone who applies but the manager doing the interview will act disinterested immediately and barely show you around if he doesn't click with you. The job itself seemed simple and something that changes day to day.
