Applied online also followed up. Was called in for an interview by store manager. Offerred something to drink and then asked questions about self and work history. Offered job then sent to complete background process. Overall took a week between call, interview and then call to come in. Including getting results back from background and drug test.

What did you most like/dislike about about working at a previous employer?
Quick, semi-formal. Interview, drug test, start can happen within one week. I wore business casual. Answer honestly and listen well. They'll send you for a drug test and background check before training.
It was good. Easy, but productive questions that let them know how you hold yourself and more about you and your work ethic But they do hire you for fulltime and only give you part time hours

This interview was very easy. It was a typical interview for any fast food/gas station. I was told I had got the job before I even walked out of the door.
