I applied in mid-October 2020 and received an invitation to interview on November 18 for December 10th. The interview was a panel of 3 with the Nurse Manager, CNS, and New Grad Residency Coordinator. They asked 9 questions and requested a copy of your portfolio to keep.

Interview
Panel interview with 3 people. They made me feel comfortable and were nice which calmed my nerves. Wasn't very conversational, mainly asking questions and writing notes while I answered. All behavioral questions which were pretty straightforward - lasted 30 minutes.
