It consisted of 6 parts:
- initial call
- home assignment
- assignment review and tech skills
- cultural fit interview
- chance to talk to the CEO
- chance to talk with HR
Overall it was great to talk to all of the people. I found especially the chance to talk to the CEO part very useful.
I found the take home assignment relatively hard. I needed to build whole project end-to-end. From system design, implementation, testing, etc. The task was to build a highly scalable backend infrastructure. It took me around 18 hours of work. The deadline was 7 days after I started working on it.
