I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Sephora (Madison, WI)
Interview
The interview process was very comfortable; it was in the back office with the store director and assistant store director. They asked very standard interview questions (why do you want to work here, what does customer service mean to you, etc.).

Question 1
Let's say someone comes into the store and purchases a perfume. They leave the store, but slip and fall on the ice outside, shattering the perfume they just bought. They come back into the store to let us know what happened, what do you do?
The interview process was pretty easy. They were all very nice and understanding when I worked there. Management was patient and always available to listen to any concerns or questions.
