I was actually really excited to interview with Sendoso, as they're doing incredibly well and it's a cool product. Unfortunately, after three rounds of interviews the recruiter completely ghosted me, leaving me to assume I didn't get the role (it's been almost two months now). It's flabbergasting to me that they can't do the bare minimum of letting candidates know this, considering we're in the middle of a pandemic and people are already feeling uneasy about their careers and futures.. just send an automated email, that's literally all you need to do. Even if I did have a satisfactory interview experience (I didn't), this alone negates all the positive opinions I have of this place.
