I made a video answearing some interview questions and sent to then. After that, I was asked to make a presentation with a building that would represent Selina at Sao Paulo and made a Look and Feel of the concept. A passed this step and was called for an interview, wich I went, but since the whole process took a long time, I had already started in another company.
