I submitted an application online, and was shortly contacted by the volunteer coordinator. They conducted a phone interview with me that lasted about an hour. After that, I was invited to an in-person interview, where I was interviewed by the volunteer coordinator and the operations manager. The interview lasted about 30 minutes, and was relatively pleasant.
