Interview
Go into a room with 20 other people and interact. After get called one by one into HR. HR employee looks at resume and asked about past work experience. Speak up during the group time because it seems like they know if they are offing you a job before you go into the room with the HR person.
The interview process was very simple and quick! I had a lot of fun speaking with the recruiter and other lifeguards. I love that they ask about why being a lifeguard is important to you or where you’re from. The interviewer was incredibly nice and thoughtful!

very easy not very many questions 95% of getting the job if applying at the perfect time, they just needed a few documents and that was it i was hired on the spot no hassle at all within 10 minutes it was over
It was really easy. I just applied and was given a date to do my interview. The interview was over the phone and lasted a few minutes. Definitely something anyone can do.
